It is ashamed when you have citizens trying to do their part in the community to donate but it is very hard to talk with someone to discuss procedures. I am trying to schedule a date and time to deliver hygiene and winter items. The one and only phone number on the website is not working. Why make it so hard for people to donate their time and money.

My daughter and I volunteered on Thanksgiving to assist with serving meals to those in need the staff made us felt welcomed
The mgr very friendly he welcome me with my clothes service is great I tell all my friends to take them there
Bed bugs, bed bugs, deplorable conditions, rude doesn't even begin to describe the staff here. You get one meal which is dinner and must have your own plate. The food is something I wouldn't give my enemy. Use this as your very last resort if you're homeless. The conditions this place is in is not fit for a human to live in. Even worse if you're a female.
Unfortunately due to hard times I have to stay in a shelter now until I find better. Spent one night here 6/2/19 and I rather stay up for 24 hours outside like I am now. It’s nasty and unclean. The showers have rust and mold. The “staff” looks at you as if you stink as if they not in the same boat as you. Had roach crawl onto my bunk. Check in is at 6am and people rather stay up and talk loudly going in and out of the bathroom. Oh and don’t forget the mice !!!! Please if you can find somewhere else.
