I bought into the Copley Plaza Cooperative in 1986 and have experienced the lows and highs the Copley and 17th Street have gone though. From a poorly run building without financial backing; vandalism to a robust well maintained and financially sound Cooperative. This is a Wardman building constructed in 1917 and am pleased to be a part of this well managed with top notch upkeep.
