It was a great experience working with Tammie on refinancing our mortgage. She was always available to answer all questions and guide us through the process. They did not have the lowest rate available, but they were willing to match what was offered by other companies. Because we were refinancing, length of closing was important to us, and they were able to get it done in 3 weeks. It was a smooth process, filling out and uploading documents was easy.
