Oil change
Very lazy service manager,was told it would take 40 minutes for a oil change. One guy working on two cars while the service manager and another service technician was talking for almost the whole time while one technician was working on my vehicle plus another vehicle 1 hour and 20 minutes later they pulled both vehicle out that the one service guy worked on. The service manager and also the sales manager were very rude they definitely need to work on there people skills!!
