Creative Grounds is my go-to place for a cold brew to start my day. With so many coffee shops in DC, I'm so happy that Bloomingdale and Eckington have access to this incredible neighborhood gem run by the whole family. My partner like the spiciness of their espresso they use in their lattes. And when you're feeling indulgent, ask about their coffee cake! Can't wait until the community achieves herd immunity, so I can spend some time reading a book or working inside their light-filled and artful indoor space.

The service is nice. Like the outdoor sitting area. I ordered ice mocca. It came in the big glass. I will order for double next time.

Fantastic spot to visit when in DC. Coffee is amazing and the vegan and gluten free cakes are amazing. Customer service is on point and I love how they have the whole family involved. I wish I lived close by to visit more often. Art shows and classes are a must once this pandemic ends. Great community, black owned and family run coffee shop

Grab my daily coffee from here! The folks who run it are awesome, and the coffee, drip and cold brew, is really good. Also plenty of fresh baked goods, I love the blueberry muffin!
