I finally made the time to take care of my under eye darkness and chose Cultura Med. When I got to the facility I felt like I stood in the lobby trying to figure out where to go because I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I finally spotted the “check in station” and a young lady came from the back while I was sanitizing my hands. She never greeted me but asked for my name, took my temperature, handed me new patient forms, and took me to a back area. Shorty after, a woman came up to me before I completed the forms and escorted me to a treatment room. She never introduced herself so I can’t tell you her name. She informed me that she wanted to take a photo of my skin. Immediately after that she started offering services/packages that didn’t apply to why I was there. I informed her twice that I only wanted to address why I was there. I find it ironic that she had no clue why I was there when I made that clear when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. Although consultations are complimentary, I truly believe if you want potential clients to feel comfortable you should address their main concerns, at least pretend like you have some interest in what they’re saying during the appointment, and ask if there are any other services they may be interested in - instead of upselling other services that’ll make someone feel self conscious. Especially, when they are there because of an issue that makes them feel self conscious.

I have been a patient at this practice on and off for a few years. Recently due to inclement weather there was a bit of a \hiccup\ with my appointment. I called the office first thing the next morning and the office manager made things right. She was even able to squeeze me in that same day after I expressed how tight my normal schedule is due to my profession. Needless to say I enjoyed my treatment and the customer service I received was superb! I would (and have) recommend this practice to family and friends.

Love, love, love this place. Started treatment during the pandemic and everything has been great. They are always on time, not too many people in the office and the service is top notch. Mary Agnes is the BEST, I'm seeing results after three treatments. Would definitely recommend to others.
