After lots of looking, we finally agreed on wedding rings from David Yurman. This was 3 days before Christmas. I wanted to have them under the tree, and although one of them was not in-store, they were able to have it there for pick-up by the 24th. It was perfect. Special shout-out to Tatiana, our store contact, who was absolutely fantastic. She really helped to make the moment special, and I'll definitely ask for her next time I am in the store.

Every piece of jewelry here is absolutely amazing - unique and stylish! I am in love with this brand and will be definitely coming back! Also, customer service at this location is above all expectations! Tatiana is an absolute jewel of the store - she knows all the collections and was very helpful and attentive. I love my new ring and can’t stop looking at it :)

Worst experience ever! Never again. I saw an item online but wanted to feel the DAVID YURMAN in store experience. Service was laxed at best. Expected much more and response from MRG Kate was disappointing .. Should have ordered online......

Had seen a necklace online I wanted to purchase and the website they had one left in stock in that style, price, size, etc and it was available at this location. After driving for over an hour I arrive and the saleswoman shows my the necklace and I want to buy it the and there but in the store it was listed as 100 more than the online version. I show her the website on my phone and she proceeds to find it on her iPad and admits that it is strange and clearly has no idea why it’s different. I understand the confusion and frustration, but after minutes of her trying to figure something out on the iPad she sends another saleswoman over to show me the necklace, have my try it on, proceeds to bring up the total as if the issue had been resolved and then shows me the balance of 100 more than the site as if I had forgotten all about the previous conversation. She then admits it was a discrepancy and refused to honor the price. I bought it online as I walked out of the store for the listed price and it’s on my neck already. Don’t bother with this store, just go online, their site is fantastic. I will have no sympathy when I see this store is driven out by online competition.

Love love love DY jewelry. My family has several items, even our kids. Beautiful, classic pieces that will ever let you down and will hold up for years to come. Customer service in the Tysons location is impeccable. Ask for Nancy!
