The sightseeings are bit far from our cruise, but there is bilingual language (english and chinese) explain history about the city, river, and those sights. Some of the views are block by the trees. Photograph lovers better bring good camera and lens for capture the views. The small refresh bar is really small and it is near by the restrooms which is really really really smelly. That’s why I wish to get drinks but end-up didn’t buy anything. Wish they can improve a little.

Worse excuse for a cruise, ever! Don't expect to see any of the Cherry Blossoms. They never take you anywhere in the vicinity of the Cherry Blossom Trees. Which are on the complete other side of the trip we went, towards Alexandria. We litterly went in the direction of Alexandria, and just circled around in front of the Ronald Reagan Airport. We went no where towards the Washington Monument were all the Cherry Trees are located. They had no intention on going that way because they had a prerecorded tape narrating the area going away from the monuments and Cherry Trees. If you just want to ride around on a boat, then this might be worth it. Make sure you do not follow their ridiculous walking directions. They claim that you should take the (walkway) from the back of the Mandarin Hotel. Yet they fail to mention that you have to go through the hotel to get to the walkway. It's completely blocked off from the street! We had to walk under the walkway and cross the dangerous streets farther away. They also claimed to go to Will Call to get your tickets. They didn't even have any tickets. We could have just walked off the street and got in line for free. I asked the girl at Will Call about the ignorant directions, and she had no idea. Two small glasses of cheap bad tasting Rose cost 18.00. Of course they don't allow any drink or water on the boat so they can overcharge you for theirs. It's best to eat or drink before you arrive or just sneak something in a bag or backpack. They also claim you can board thirty minutes beforehand. They actually board right on time so you just have to stand there and wait. Try the cruises from Old Town Alexandria. They are exactly as described and well worth it!!!

Everything on the ship is overpriced. Nothing very interesting to see enroute. We weren't allow top deck or even front deck. Though the commentary about the places we pass is nice, I guess.
