The conditions here are quite inhumane. It is a building with the windows only painted on. It is also a solid brick, making it the same thing as living inside of a pizza oven. The recreation for the inmates is few and far between, so they do not get access to sunlight very often. It is stunning that is city is Progressive his DC would tolerate such conditions

They treat the guys there like animals
The officers here are very rude and unwilling to give answers. All I wanted to know was how to get someone's items, I was told call the number on the desk. I called the number some guy answers the phone and I ask him how to get someone's property he says \oh we are closed\ then why the hell did you answer the phone then. So I told him he was no help at all. I step outside to take a phone call and look who's come charging at me the guy on the phone. Saying \oh so I'm no help\ like what are you going to do arrest me. This place needs a reality check.
