Extremely rude and unhelpful. Specifically, the employee in charge of emails should be fired or retrained. If it is a shared mailbox, the manager in charge should put time into making sure the employees aren’t behaving like immature school children. Calling in is useless. The people that answer never know anything. The time it takes to get a response is far too long. Perhaps if they had people doing work instead of sending condescending emails, their backlog wouldnt be astronomical. Poorly run office. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of visiting DC which lead to having to go through this agonizing process. Woe is me.

Please help me there is a hospital in Kansas City MO called NKC hospital that literally is becoming a concentration camp for Hispanics. This Hospital does not like the color of our skin and our accent. I would like to stop the abuse from this hospital but I don't know what to do.It is a big institution and obviously it is abusing their connections and power and not only that it is charging us to be mistreated, harrased and attacked.
