I filed my taxes last APRIL and immediately was notified through Turbo Tax that my return was accepted by the Federal Gov't and DC that same day. Still have not received my return and when I called to find out the status was informed that a verification letter was sent that I never received. I can not proceed without the PIN number of any of the other various bits of info that is being requested & have not been able to find someone who can assist. Today is Wed and it is 9:25am and the office is closed according to the answering machine. This keeps happening when the office is supposed to be open. This is all such a joke. DC just stalling on paying me. You could have easily verified my info yourself like EVERY OTHER STATE since you have had my return since APRIL. Since I can't leave a voice mail or send an email, perhaps someone will respond to this review.

I literally don't think these people actually work at all. This is the least responsive, least helpful and most rude DC gov office ever. I have been dealing with an issue for 2 years! Unbelievable. I hate that my tax dollars actually go to these peoples's salaries.

These people do not care about other people. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone trying to understand how they mixed up my taxes and are not applying payments. They are rude and unhelpful.
