Helped me solve a dispute in a timely manner. Tellers are nice. I enjoy working with my loan officer here, she is the best! Mean while, The area is an eye catcher with plenty of places to stop by and check out.

Pros: 1.99% on 10 y/o used auto loans. Cons: professionalism, communication, online account lockouts, un posted contact info, etc. The why: All business I have done here has been in person. They do not post their contact info anywhere so grab their business cards when in their office. The phone system is a glue trap and appointments are lip service. Just show up, bring a computer, and sit in their office. You have to hold their hand and don't take no for an answer. Smile and make them feel like you expect them to do their job. You will waist lots of time but can't beat that rate!
