The salmon sashimi part is ok. One small problem is that the rice was steaming hot. Although the salmon was separate, it was still putting over the rice... Overall is good as a fast, sushi don place.

My first experience with Japanese curry. So good. I got it to go but the restaurant looks like a really fun atmosphere too. I got the Curry Tofu Katsudon Bowl and the fried tofu was delicious. It had just the right level of spice and I will definitely come here.

First time here and it's absolutely worth the trip from MD. Everything was absolutely delicious! Staff was very accommodating despite us coming only 30 mins before closing. I wish I could come every day!

This place is fast casual with plenty of seating area upstairs. The menu options are simple but the food is delicious. We tried the Japanese curry with fried chicken and rice, and we loved it. The food is on the pricier side, but the portion size is huge.

I am vegetarian and had their new vegetarian option with a non-vegetarian trying it also. For me it's a pass but the meat dishes are apparently great. It was a Sunday so not crowded- but the place seemed a bit messy; out of napkins, bathroom a bit dirty, etc.

Awesome food, very homey, and casual feel. I tried the katsu and karaage curry and it was delicious. The portions are just the right size (might be a bit small for some people), but the prices are very affordable. The food comes out pretty fast and the service is great. I will have to come back here to try the other popular dishes.

they have the best authentic Japanese curry rice in DC. I would recommend the mixed one so you can try all the ingredients at once!

This is a nice place to catch a quick, casual meal. I love rice bowls, and I feel that the quantity and quality of the food is a square deal, at least for DC. This is one of the few places I can get my favorites more or less properly made: sakedon, unadon, and gyudon (with a creamy poached egg on top).
