Great bus company. I go to DC all of the time from Richmond through this company. Don't listen to everyone else, try this company out for yourself, because all of the bad stories you hear about this place isn't true. They are very professional, and have always treated me respectfully

If there is 0 star I will put that in!! The bus was later for over 30mins. I went to take the train. And I asked for a refund. They said the bus was on time. They checked the GPS! No refund! No refund! If you didn't wait for the bus that is your fault!
The bus quality itself was fine for both of our trips, but everything with the experience is really poorly managed. Our driver going from NYC to Baltimore was a mess. It was universally agreed upon amongst the passengers that we had an unsafe journey (swerving all over the road constantly, being aggressive with passengers who spoke up, etc.). Significant delays getting picked up both ways—more than an hour late pick up headed back to NYC! No communication, apologies, or understanding of why the delays happened. Would never take this bus again. It’s not worth the cheap ticket price unless you don’t care at all about arrival times.
