Terrible experience. They are not at all organized in the process. No one knows the process and even what they are doing. They do not pick up calls or reply to emails. Sensitive document like a passport was not handled properly.

I never rate one star in my whole life i am always nice to others. But this place they don't know what they are doing. I ask for Visa the took my passport and they charge me the Visa fee and after all that they ask for flight ticket and insurance . I bought the ticket and everything cost me almost 1500 . Before the flight date like one week they told me sorry we couldn't give you Visa after I gave them all the documents and the papers they ask for . And they respond to me with Dutch language. So I lost the money . And when I gave them my passport they look at me and laughing with different language i am so upset. This place not perfect and they don't know what they are doing. .
They are not organized in terms of handling sensitive documents and keep applicants misinformed and lose track of cases.
Several years ago I attended a Passover Seder at the Austrian Embassy. The venue was marvelous for a sit down dinner and presentations from speakers and singers during the event. The embassy is in a beautiful neighborhood in Northwest DC.
