Very professional and undeserving of the harsh criticisms on this page. The staff was very helpful and polite and went out of their way to make sure we we felt taken care of and thoroughly helped.

Good luck getting the info about anything. Call, email or search on their web...most likely you will not find info u need and there is no one to care as nobody is responding to calls/emails/faxes The website is outdated and primitive, employees are rude, it feels like I am calling African country and not capital of the US. Someone please finance this agency and get the proper employees and training.!!

Unprofessional to another level. They simply do not pick up the phone. I have, however, gamed their extension system by randomly trying different numbers until I finally got a hold of an individual who provided me with actual extensions that seem to pick up. To save everyone some frustration, and time, please try the following extensions: 235 228 222 I had luck with 228, a lady answered the phone, but quickly became agitated and rude after I gave her my two cents on their phone process. They are apparently busy with 'things'. Such a shame, places like this do not deserve a paycheck.

It took a while to get them on the phone, but once I did I got all the necessary info and they immediately scheduled an appointment!

I had the same problem, and I also ended up calling embassy in chicago and they said the best way to communicate with them is through e-mail,which I did. I think the best way is to send them a fax and keep calling every hour. I know it's annoying but that is how I got them on the phone. And make an appointment at once, who knows when will you get them on the phone again.

Wish I could give them a zero. Never respond, and rude. My parents are from Bosnia and this disappoints me...

they never ever ever pick up the phone or RETURN your phone calls. They act like they know what they are talking about but will change requirements on a whimp. Typical bullshit but exaggerated by the fact that they know nothing about their own requirements which change depending on the person you speak to. If you can avoid please do so.
