Nice outing, my husband, son and I rented a canoe for an hour. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Equipment in excellent condition. Paddles and life jacket were sanitized after every use. Scenery was stunning. They also have picnic areas with lots of trees for shade. We will definitely visit again.

This a scenic and tranquil place to enjoy some basic boating of a few sorts. Rowboats and kayaks are available for rentals. I've seen paddle board on the water, but I don't know if they are rented from Fletcher's, so don't quote me. There is a park next to the rental station, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the prices are great. It's located along the canal and bike path, allowing for many outdoor activities off the water as well!

Beautiful scenery. Children have good amount of playing area. Grilling stations are available. Clean and neat bathrooms near by. Can bring pets too. The trail is easy to hike with proper gear.

This place is great. It was a very fun activity and it wasn't too expensive to boot. If you're a beginner I would recommend the kayak. The staff are very friendly and give you a lot of tips. A very nice area to be in; the scenery is beautiful and the waters are very calm. The scenery itself sold me amongst the other 'Boating In DC' areas.

Gone 3 times this summer during the pandemic. Very fun solo or with friends. Recommend going early for easy parking and more wildlife. The water is not very fast so pretty easy paddling. Lots of fishermen as the day wears on. And it's safe! Everyone masks and disinfects before the next group goes out.
