Horrible experience. On 11/27, 2019 we arrived two hours late to New York from Fairfax Virginia. When I return on 11/30 the bus came 45 minutes late. The bathroom was not working. The driver stopped us one hour later to go to the bathroom and we wasted half an hour. He had a hard time organizing his cell phone counting how many people were in or out of the bus. When we got to Baltimore here stopped us on the side oh the highway. He told us he’s waiting for a replacement driver. We have been here 45 minutes. Assistance right now the 4 hours drive will turn easily into seven hours. It is already 1030 and we are stuck on the side of the highway with no hooks for the parts in any near future. First time and last time with Go Bus

Line up outside McDonald's. The logo on the outside of the bus may just say \Academy\, the parent company of Go Buses. Add an hour to 90 minutes to the travel time for a realistic ETA. The buses are clean and comfortable enough. The power outlets worked. The bus driver does not make announcements.
Filthy, hot bus. We did not receive the advertised free water bottle. The driver was rude when we asked if we could turn the AC on. Worst bus ride of my life. I’d recommend choosing a different bus company.
I took a there and back trip from DC to NY over the last weekend. I thought that the price was fair, the other customers were reasonable, and the workers were professional and timely. This would be a 5/5 if not for the fact that on the return trip there was a broken speaker above my head that proceeded to loudly crackle in a high pitch for 4ish hours. Worst headache of my life and totally unacceptable
This is my favorite bus service to and from NYC. The buses are always very clean and the seats are very comfortable. The wifi works great and the toilet is very clean. I've ridden the bus several times and there have never been more than 15 people on at any time, so it's very quiet and comfortable the whole ride. The wifi signal is strong and I have no problems doing work on a laptop with connection. The bus fares are very affordable and you can purchase tickets using the Go Buses app.
