GEHA's computer infrastructure is the worst I have encountered. For 2 days their computers have been down and they cannot check my pre-certification for my surgery. Therefore I am going to have to cancel my surgery tomorrow. I will never use this insurance company again and cannot wait until open season in November to go back to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Don't waste your time, effort, energy and money!

GEHA's claims processing is absolutely terrible. I constantly have to call both GEHA and numerous providers' offices to coordinate billing. I should not have to do the work of GEHA for them. Most recently they claimed that my kids' pediatrician's office was \out of network\ because they had moved across the street to a new building, on the SAME road, in the SAME town! The CSR from GEHA was absolutely no help on the phone and directed me to call the doctor's billing office to have them update their address. Just what I need to do with my day. Thanks GEHA for your abysmal service!

Don't go with these guys it has been no good. I did not get a notice that my daughter was no longer covered. They continued to collect premiums and not notify us of non coverage. Then months later when my daughter went to see a doctor, they did not cover it and then we found out. I over paid premium by 1000. I could have the doctor visit and the prescription for 250

Its services are terrible and conditions are horrendous. GEHA only know how to rip off their customers and never compensate any claim or provide services. They are the no 1 scamster in the profitable medical insurance industry in US.

Awful service. Waited over 40 minutes for a \person\ and gave up. I guess one should expect a \government\ health association to have similar poor government style customer service. I will stay with Blue Cross, the lesser of two evils.
