I came here to get some tips for growing and hopefully to branch out and meet cool people in the area. I don’t know what the deal was, but not good vibes. Guy with the glasses wouldn’t let us in and was not very helpful. Kinda sucks to be profiled, because that is the vibe I got. I thought this culture was suppose to be open and welcoming, which this club was not. Really too bad, I was really looking to getting help from this place, especially since I live so close. I would have been a repeat customer. Ended up going to Good Hope Hydroponics and had an great experience there.
I have been a member at the grow club for 2 years now and love it! It has such a chill weed bar area for members in the back. I’ve watched Monday night football there before, taken many drinks and snacks from the munchies table. My favorite part of going there is using it as my break spot between doubles of bartending. Perfect retreat in the city to chill and spool one. The strains are super sick and they have many different levels, even Nerds weed candy I had for a birthday last year! I recommend the hell out of this place for all DC burners.

Since I’m an avid fan of horticulture, I was excited to go to a local hydroponic shop. I went to the store, hoping to get some tips on starting my own hydroponic garden, but I turned away at the door. I’m not sure why, but I find it very distasteful that the employee was not accommodating to a fellow horticulturist. I am not sure if the employee had a bad day, but I do not feel comfortable coming back. This is a real bummer ):
