Mr. Fewell and TR (I believe is her name) have exhibited both exemplary customer service and patience with myself and my husband. We came in with an issue from a different location and was very persistent; they figured it out! TR's appointment came in during and she still finished working with us; we were walkins. We're really appreciative!

I love all GUCCI stuffs here and the sale people are really helpful to assist me although I didn't buy anything, the experience was amazing. They do not mind gong back and forth a few times trying the perfect fit for my feet. Love the experience here

Joey was very attentive and helped me finds the right shoes and bags. She is an expert on how Gucci clothing, shoes and accessories fit. She never did a high pressure sale and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be shopping with her again.
Visited the luxury boutique, during CityCenter event called Winter in Washington. The ice sculpture exhibit was within steps of the Gucci boutique. Spoke with a consultant, who gave some insight into his products. He advised me the family owned business, imports its product from Italy. He identified two pieces, he was particularly fond of. A ladies' handbag with a medallion containing Swarovski crystals. Another handbag was red, made with buffalo hide. The boutique offers men's and women's apparel and accessories, to include footwear.
