Amazing little hamlet in the middle of all the action of a growing SW and near SE section of town. The best sunsets in Washington DC from its private roofs. A community that cares about its fellow residents, and provides amenities that would simply be infeasible in the economics which drives community development today. From the 1 acre historic water garden, refreshed indoor pool and fitness centers - we feel like we're on vacation year round. And our neighbors are great! Self organizing and committee run activities from trivia to neighborhood clean up make it easy to get to know your neighbors. So happy I found this amazing place to call home when I did!

Shhhhhhhhh... Harbour Square is one of the best kept secrets in SW DC. An oasis in between the growing Wharf construction and evolving SW neighborhoods of 4th to S Capitol Streets SW and down to Buzzards Point. There is no other historic community which has a calming water garden, indoor pool open year round with a recently renovated gym with new equipment, and the best rooftop deck filled with neighbors sharing cocktails and sunsets. We are truly blessed to live in this cooperative community.

This jewel of a community is walkable to the attractions at District Wharf with a park between the two. So the entertainment and commotion is easily accessible, and then you return to a quiet residential oasis with green space and roomy apartments unheard of in new-build developments. Best of both worlds.

We bought here for the great views, square footage, and closets, close to Metro and Nats Park. We discovered a wonderful community that cares about our coop and each other. So much park space to walk our dog, and it’s easy to bike to the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail and GW parkway trail. The Wharf, Water Taxi, and Audi Field opening after we moved in are an added bonus!
