The store is nice and fancy. Appointment only. The SA (Melissa)is nice and friendly. There are a lot of bags and accessories available. But a bit difficult to find the parking

Ms. Brianna Hardy was very helpful and very professional. Had my wife 10 year old wallet repaired. It had seen better days. So will have it 6-8 months from now. And don’t ask about the price....cleaning, polishing, and re stitching.
We had a reservation, but when we arrived at there, it was locked. So we had to knock on the door.
To the other reviews - this is very typical for an Hermes. Hermes is very selective all over the world about which customers receive appointments and which customers they will fulfill inquiries for. This is the issue with Americans, they are too entitled to even be served by anyone. If you want a bag or another leather piece, call and book an appointment with an SA before you visit.
