Mr Jamal, inspected my ice cream shop, which we just took over on Columbia Heights. The floors have never been professionally cleaned in its previous 13 years in operation. It was dirty to say the least. They tried and tried to clean it bringing in multiple pieces of equipment, they got it sparkling after working their read ends off. They never wavered on initial quote, no slick maneuvers or excuse.. just hard work. Worth every Penny (and probably more) . Floors or whatever need life, hire these guys

Working with this team was an amazing experience. I was able to speak to the owner and discuss with him how we usually went about cleaning this space. Not only did he listen, but he also provided helpful feedback as to how we can make this space look better and maintain a professional appearance. I am the owner of The Goddard School at The Wharf, a childcare in Southwest DC. We have been open since July 2019. For our first year, we started with another company and after switching contracts to partner with Jackpot, we feel the cleanliness every morning upon opening the School. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting has been been extremely nice, willing and thorough. As you can imagine, cleanliness is our number one priority when it comes to the children's environment; even more so now with COVID 19. Aside from our nightly cleaning, Jackpot has also added a fog sanitizing service that we take advantage of weekly to protect our families and teachers. I would highly recommend Jackpot for any business and look forward to building our relationship moving forward!

Not only did the service exceed my expectation, it also came with great customer service. Rashid took care of the entire office space professionally and skillfully.
