I worked with Carolyn at Just Paper & Tea and had the most amazing customer experience! My fiancé and I had custom wedding invitations created and we wanted to work with a local store for the printing process. We are very hands on and had a specific vision and just knew that an online vendor would not be a good fit for us. I'm so happy we found Just Paper & Tea as they were so responsive, reasonably priced and incredibly helpful during the whole experience. The quality of our invitations were absolutely amazing. Additionally, Carolyn is such a sweet person which is always appreciated when working with a business. She was also very responsive and so helpful as I bounced different design options off of her and spoke through different pricing options. I highly recommend working with this business for any of your printing & invitation needs! I would definitely work with them again.

Our original invitation place (online) fell through, so we were looking for a local vendor who was able to get us our invitations quickly. But we got more than just quick invitations. We received professional, friendly services from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out with invitations in hand. Carolyn and Nick were very helpful going through all our options and calming us down, and making sure that everything arrived quickly. They also added a very nice touch at the end which honestly touched my fiancée's and my hearts. We're glad we got to meet them, and will for sure reach out to them the next time we need programs or invitations.. Or tea! :)
This was probably one of the best experiences we've had in regards to our wedding. They were knowledgable and took time to explain the process of creating invitations and all its parts to us. We never felt rushed and it was a genuinely good feel from the beginning to end. I knew from the first meeting that we should do our invitations through them, and they didn't disappoint. Our wedding invitations turned out beautiful and we couldn't' have been happier. I really liked how everything was personalized and it didn't feel like this large corporation pushing ideas on us. I'm a graphic designer and I called Just Paper to look into printing options for my business cards. Specifically I wanted to have a white on white design printed on high quality paper stock - very understated and polished. I sent over my design files and Carolyn and I discussed different paper stocks and she even suggested a slight wash for the white text so it would pop more on the white background. Within a week I received a proof and loved it. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their printing and the paper they used. Something you definitely wouldn't find at other stationery stores. I've received several compliments on my cards. I highly recommend them.
After visiting Georgetown where Just Paper and Tea is located, my soon-to-be husband and I knew that we needed to do business with Nick and Carolyn. We are from Ohio and shopped for our orders online, which was surprisingly easy. Nick and Carolyn were wonderful to work with, accommodating, and gave great suggestions, such as the type of font we should use when it was written over a picture. The high quality of the paper, quick process, and hand addressed envelopes will keep us coming back to the store. Not only did we order our wedding invitations from Just Paper and Tea, but we also ordered our baby announcement a year later. We couldn't be happier with their products and service and will return for all of our stationary needs.
