The DC office of Kumra Orthodontics earns their many accolades and awards. From start to finish I was treated with utmost kindness, efficiency and attention to detail. I appreciate the straight talk about pricing options and am very confident I got excellent value for my money. Most highly recommended!

Dr. Kumra and Dr. Mena are an outstanding orthodontist team. They are extremely detailed, attentive and personal. They have all the latest state of the art equipment in support of my wife's Invisalign aligner program. Her teeth have improved dramatically. I am looking forward to seeing the end result. They also have delicious cold and hot brew coffee at their DC location. :-)

I have been a patient at Kumra Orthodontics for about 2.5 years and I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. I strongly recommend their practice for anyone who's looking to start their treatment in the DC area. Everyone there is very friendly, positive, and helpful. The scheduled appointments are always very quick and seamless. Although this may sound trivial, it is something that I value a lot as a customer/ client. They respect my time. I have been to places where I arrived on time and still had to wait for 15-30 minutes and I have never had such experience with Kumra Orthodontics. I paid for everything at the beginning of my treatment plan (rather than in installments). I never once felt that they were doing a lousy job because they had already received all the payment. On the contrary, I was well-taken care of and they wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. I finished my treatment with a smile that I'm very happy about.

Dr. Kumra and his team have been fantastic right from the start. I was always struck by Dr. Kumra's dedication to his work. He personally checks in on all his patients, even if it's a five minute appointment with his team. My appointments have always punctual and scheduled efficiently--and the front office staff being pleasant is a big plus. Dr. Kumra's personable demeanor extends to his team as they come across as a tight-knit family. I am very happy with my end result--in fact, they even offered to fix minor teeth movements much after my treatment was done. The offices are clean and location is of course excellent. Would highly recommend Kumra Orthodontics!

I recently finished my two year Invisalign treatment (February 2021) and was impressed with Dr. Kumra and his team. Any orthodontic treatment is a long-term relationship and it was a beautiful one. From the start, Dr. Kumra demonstrated his knowledge of his craft and was very informative. This treatment is not cheap, so information is very important to me. His team provided ample information about the pricing, timeline, and payment options. They even gave me a few more months in my term to make the monthly payments more manageable. This is not to say there weren't bumps in the road. Like any successful relationship, it's important that issues are handled appropriately. There was an occasion where there was a miscommunication about an appointment and I was informed that I had to pay a 50 fee for missing the appointment. After disclosing my displeasure, Dr. Kumra waived the fee, which I greatly appreciated. Also, Dr. Kumra's team was very quick to order additional Invisalign trays when my teeth were being stubborn (adult teeth do not move as easily because our jaws are fully developed). Even though this was frustrating, I was happy to see that they were able to identify the problem and find a solution. So if you're looking for an orthodontist with strong customer service, great conflict resolution, very proficient with their craft, and all-around great person, then this office will serve you well.
