This place has horrible service! Yes it is very convenient to my office, but what's the point! They have a sign in the window that list all of their provided services. **Done on Premises - That's a LIE!, Alterations - That's a LIE!!** Why advertise a service that you don't do. This lady has sent me away twice! I went it to get a small rip on a jacket sewed back up and cleaned and for some reason she couldn't do it. So I say if I go to the place around the corner and have it sewed, will you clean it - she says Yes! But what's the point - I give up on this business. Isn't that what a cleaner's does? You clean, you repair, you make alterations on clothes - what am I not comprehending here ???? Over it, I'm not wasting my time anymore and if I was were you, I would give my to someone with a bit more experience and knowledge of the business.
Good customer service, with next-day cleaning available. They don't do same-day unfortunately but plenty of places nearby do and charge a fortune. I live and work in this area and I haven't found a cheaper place that actually does decent work.
My white dress shirts were cleaned perfect! I thought it became a brand new. Yellows were gone! Pants were creased right, nothing to say about it. I will keep trying this cleaners for my shirts.
Horrible experience. Clothes were not clean at all when I picked my clothes up. Will not be returning to this establishment.
