LeadingAge has so many rotten apples on the top. Leadership is incompetent, and staff are all siloed. There is almost never any urgency for members. Paying members are lucky if they even get a call back. Their entire HR department needs to be staffed with other people, or they need to outsource their HR. You must walk on eggshells when dealing with the assistants to the CEO. Great mission, but HORRIBLE CULTURE.
