Great staff and beautiful selection of fine leather goods that are made in France for men and women.
Top-notch service without an attitude. I've been in shops in the US and overseas, and Longchamp boutiques have the nicest, friendliest people! Very knowledgeable about the products, the leather, and the process of making their products, but also just really lovely to chat with and helpful. Their Le Pliage nylon tote bags in a rainbow of colors are my go-to for work and travel AND they make the *best* gifts! I found the expandable travel tote is a huge hit as a bridal shower gift, packed with some travel goodies for the honeymoon :) My husband and I both carry their leather bags daily. The quality of leather and fabrication are superlative, while the utility of the bags is consistently better than any brand I've found. I love a beautiful bag in its own right, practical or not - but whoever designs Longchamp's bags makes them to be carried and used, not just admired. Of course they stand by their products - as you'd expect at this price point, they will repair their leather goods for free. But note that they also repair their nylon bags. (I've seen comments complain about wear at the corners over time carrying laptops in them, but no one seems to know they will fix them - you don't have to buy a new bag!) Favorites: check out the unstructured 3D tote/crossbody, the Amazone chain-strap convertable shoulder bag, and any Le Pliage Cuir.
