A spacious, boxy complex with bland exterior but sumptuous interior with primarily Islamic elements styled in traditional Malaysian decor with all modern amenities, serviced by courteous attentive staff. One of my favorite embassies in DC as they go all out to make guests feel welcome while taking time and effort to educate the visitors about Malaysia.

They didn't help me at all. They referred me to the consulate in JAPAN for my American passport issue with Malaysia...then wouldn't respond to any emails. Absolutely useless and incompetent.
I am applying for Malaysian visa and had a bunch of questions and follow up questions. I sent email to the email address listed on the website and I always received a response within 1 hour. They are super helpful and very responsive.
