Best of the best! Every staff member here made me feel welcomed and appreciated. My appointment here was my first time and also only I felt happy in a doctor's office in years and I mean that sincerely. I hope to go back after things calm down with covid. When I first called (Friday) they were booked, I called Tuesday at 10 am and they found me a same-day appointment! I was in and out with a dental cleaning, exam, and filled a prescription in an hour. Most places make you wait an hour each!

Don’t waste your time!! Spent time on hold even though no one else was calling (first in line). Told her I was a new patient and we spent the next 15 minutes taking down all my info only to learn there were no appointments. I should be clear, no PHONE appointments for my annual women’s exam in the month of January (for the next three weeks). And that I should call back next week to see if there were cancellations. What a waste of time.
I myself is a Nurse and this is the worst experience trying to get in contact with this office because of they wrong information they have given the patient. after explaining and asking to speak to a office manager nothing was done and havent even spoken to anyone. I would not go to any doctors office that does not acknowledge wrong doing and dont try and correct it. Understand this is a business and ppl health
I called the appointment line to make an appointment . They all have a different rule and different information some are rude..!! It’s not free service u guys need to train your team to be professional and knowledgeable!!!!
Some of the lab technicians is unprofessional. Doesn’t even know how to draw blood from a little baby. They played with both of his arms. It’s a very bad experience and shameful. At the end the baby ended up not getting any blood drawn. Didn’t even apologize.
