A rotating selection of pop-up restaurants! Rooster and Owl is particularly wonderful. Seating is community style, and there is even a charging station for multiple phones/devices available as a complimentary service. The kitchen/prep areas are highly visible and there are even screens to watch food preparation! The building and décor alone make this experience very luxurious.
Great place to cook if u ever needs the space
I rented space from the kitchen before. I recommend you look elsewhere. You can start your own shared kitchen. A lot of people left the kitchen with a bad taste in the mouth. They charge 3 months of rent as deposit, which is very unique, and use that to make your life very difficult. I've rented from 4 kitchens in DC and Maryland in the last 10 years to run a food business called People's Bao. Shared kitchens have their and - like all things; so I don't really give bad reviews. But this kitchen deserves a bad review.
