THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ANYWHERE! They were closed and the owner actually came back from his house in Maryland to open the store up for us to be able to get in and buy things! He was so friendly and his customer service was so incredible that it basically left me speechless! I hope I can encourage anyone looking for souvenirs to go here and support this place because they have a great selection their prices are very, very fair and the customer service is over the moon good!! He even gave us a free T-shirt and a keychain as a gift. We bought a hoodie and some T-shirts and hats and stuff like that. Great prices and amazing service!!
This store is so great!! My favorite place to get souvenirs in DC. The owner is so overly friendly! It was our first time to DC, and his store was the first store we saw off the Metro. He was very welcoming and nice. We didn’t have time to get anything then, but we promised we’d come by on our way out of DC. As we left DC, we went by and visited his store. He was still super welcoming and nice! Asked us about our vacation, how we liked DC, and also shared his life with us. His store has a lot of good deals! Very cheap price for the quality. I would recommend his store to anyone who is trying to get a Washington DC souvenir! 10/10
