It was wonderful experience coming here and shopping. Customer service excellent. Mr. Amos was very helpful in helping me to tune my violin at no cost. They have a large variety of instruments and they are evidently experts. Amos told us to come again if we needed help or had questions.
Last year I trusted them to set up my brand new PRS SE 700 guitar. Still had the plastic film on the back. I purposely didn’t take it to a Guitar Center because I wanted it taken care of. The cashier even noted what a beauty she was. It wasn’t until I brought it back home that I noticed they made a large scratch on the back. Beware. Obviously the person they use for simple guitar repairs is careless. Just extremely disappointing and now there is a forever mark on my favorite gear!
Customer service is good. But prices can not at all compare to Washington Music Center. I was quoted almost 400 more for the exact same flute. Buyer beware.
Great music store and amazing workers! I would like to spotlight Mike for his outstanding hospitality toward me and my son. He not only helped him pick out an instrument but he got him to take lessons as well. Thank you so much and we will be sure to come back again!
