Lived here for years, great property and amazing staff! maintenance always comes as fast as they can and the leasing office is a great help!

I’ve lived in D.C. for 14 years and this was by far the worst living situation I’ve experienced. At first glance it seemed clean and well maintained on the outside, but after moving in I noticed big holes by my front door and under my radiators, which I noted on my initial walk through. Instead of having these holes sealed before leasing the apartment, it went unfixed and I experienced a severe mice infestation. One crawled on me while I was sleeping. I had to throw away my bed and couch because there was mice feces and pee everywhere. Literally everywhere, including my closet in my bedroom, the one in my bathroom, and the one in the hallway by the door. The property management and maintenance team were not proactive in preventing these type of health issues. I had to move out because of lack of action and late action on the part of the leasing office. The office agents and maintenance staff were pleasant but the were out of control.

Naylor Gardens are not what they use to be they have gone down to the dump with this new management company. They need to bring back the old staff which were very professional. Lots of work needs to be done including training from management to staff members. Let's talk about those nasty trash smelling and flooding of the basement when it rains unacceptable that's why their are lots of rodents. People wake up call the health dSepartment on their behinds. If you don't stand for something you will fall for anything.

Unfortunately I am writing this because Ms. Pearl was extremely disrespectful this morning. I called on Friday and was instructed to call back next week to speak to someone in leasing regarding a one bedroom unit, that is absolutely all I was told. When I called back today I was treated as if I knew the entire process and therefore was annoying Ms. Pearl with my inquiry about the process! She explained there was not a waiting list, just a list of names and numbers that they were calling back and I could add my info to the list or call back one a week. Although this makes no sense, I said I didn’t have a preference as would do whatever was best recommended and asked if she could first confirm if I was already there. For the final time, she insulted me saying she wasn’t about to count each name just to find me, AS IF I EVEN KNOW WHAT THE PROCESS IS! Then she hung up on me! Just extremelyyyyy rude and unprofessional I am so appalled.

This place is disgusting, a lot of cockroaches and rats. the basement stinks really bad. some of mine neighbors had pee and had done number 2 on the hallway. the people that work here are rude. they don't support military at all. Skip this place if you can. we were on the first floor we could heard our neighbors upstairs jumping around. and parking is horrible you can't find parking in the parking lot after 8:30pm.
