I used Northeast Iron Works a few years ago for some railing. They did an excellent job. The work looks like quality work. Sometimes they can get a bit busy. They did not get back to me right away when I contacted them recently. However, once in touch they are very professional. The price and work seem good so I used them again for another project. Again, excellent work and service at a reasonable price.

I can't speak to the quality of work but the customer service wasn't the best. I called multiple times over a three week period for railing measurements. Every time I called I was told the estimator will contact me to schedule an appointment. I never received a call from the estimator.
