Through a friend I learned of PAN and was very glad she told me about this program. The application process was done quickly over the phone and within a week a prepaid card came in the mail. I used it to help with medicine cost, gas and food. It truly helped me out for that month. The only thing I did not like was the fact that it was only a one time thing. You can only get it one time, but I could use ongoing help. If you are over 65 and have limited finances, you should apply.

I am a metastatic breast cancer patient living on social security only. A breast cancer immunotherapy drug is keeping me stable and living! The co-pays on this drug are very high.. Almost 2000 a month. Without the assistance from PAN I could not have the drug and would probably go out of remission and no longer be stable. PAN is a lifesaver to me.
Hello everyone. May name is Mark Derrico. I am 68 years old. I was diagnosed with Heart Failure in 2007. An infection or virus had attacked my heart. At that time my ejection fraction was 35%. So I was prescribed Carvedilol and some other mild drugs. 10 years later, in 2017 I was hospitalized with more sever Heart Failure with an ejection fraction of 20%. After 4 days in intensive care and 11 total days in the hospital I received a prescription for Entresto. Entresto has vastly improved my physical abilities. However it is still on patent and my Medicare Advantage plan even with I could not afford it without the assistance of the Patient Assistance Network (PAN). So with this assistance I am able to maintain my prescription and lead a relatively normal life. Thank you all that contribute to the PAN foundation!
The PAN Foundation has made it possible for my wife to have medication prescribed. We were unable to afford the out of pocket cost with her insurance. The application was simp,e to fill out and was processed quickly. If we needed to call PAN, the representative was very understanding and answered questions, even talking to the pharmacy directly on a three way call. Thank you PAN, very much for helping with the high cost of prescription medication.
