Great customer service! Went in for a fitting and got a full gait analysis with a super helpful employee, she walked me through the type of shoe that would best suit me, and spent a good amount of time helping me try on a variety of different shoes. Would definitely visit again for my next pair!

Went to this store for the first time today and it was a great experience. The staff helping out was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes I ended up getting. Def a top notch running store! Can’t wait until they start up running groups!
I was hesitant to go to here, as there are less reviews and I have had multiple people tell me to go to pacers. Let me just say, this is the best running store IV been to date. The man who helped me was \still in training\ yet was better then any running store clerk I've talked to. I took over an hour in the store trying on different running shoes and insoles. The reason I went here is because I was having ankle pain when running, and they did a full gait analysis and determin a lot of Pronation. I bought shoes and soles accordingly. I can't stress enough this has changed my entire running regime and makes a night and day difference. 100/10 recommended. Go to Potomac River Running Store if you want to level on the track.
I was given excellent service by Abigail today! I desperately needed new running shoes and after she asked me a few simple questions, she picked out the perfect pair for me! She also ensured I ran in the shoes, with the treadmill in the store, and did a quality testing video to make sure the shoes I were buying were perfect for my specific needs. Thank you so much!!
