I get it...all the one star negative reviews... I haven't even delivered yet and I cannot help but give one star for this distributor. I showed up on Monday my appointment was for Tuesday, been calling since Sunday. No answer. I finally get here and it seems that it's a holiday, someone answered on the employee intercom after about 10 mins. to inform me of this then proceeded to disconnect whilst I was in the middle of speaking. I get that you may not like your job, I even get that you may not like working on the holiday. .. But for gods sake's you are still working! How about before we hire people we either provide customer service training or you make sure that they have had experience in it. Or at the very least know etiquette and are pleasant and know how to speak to a client. We all need each other in whatever business we are in, so let’s work together and make our jobs a little bit more bearable. We need more accountability in this industry! One good thing is they unload fast. At least in my case.

Appointment was at 8.00 am put me at a dock and had me empty by 5.00 am, not to many places that get you out 3 hours before your appointment
