UNBELIEVABLE. I need a concrete pad at my house in DC and call this company after finding them online. I schedule with them to meet me at my house at 200p on a Fri. They don't show up and I call them and they state that something came up with their guy and they want to move it to Mon at 200p. I have a long conversation with the Owner (Mr. Gomez) and find out that they knew all day this guy would not come meet me and failed to call me altogether. I tell him that I came home from work specifically for this appointment and ask him to come give me the quote on Saturday, he says no and makes all kinds of excuses that basically add up to him not having any control within his own company. WARNING: If they can not handle simple communication and ownership of their actions, how on earth could they own up to the work anyone would contract them to do? BEWARE.
