The staff here are amazing, but Prometric as a company is horrible. I've been bounced around by countless employees and every person throws blame at every other person. I can never get anything resolved. I have wasted at least 12 hours trying to take, reschedule, or just flat-out cancel my exam and haven't been able to do any of those because none of the departments have any idea on what to do. Don't use this service if you don't have to.

Comfortable center. Nice, friendly, Helpful and Polite staff. noise cancelling head phones provided but did not work great. Locker was big enough to put my backpack in it. Toilets are clean and close by.
I was nervous taking my first exam here from overseas, without knowing what is the environments and heard about many complaints from other test centers. But it was very good experience. I had no issues with technical problem at all. There is also noisy canceling headset that was helping, it was better than not putting it on. Staffs in the center were very supportive and respectful!
Folks - run for your life. It is inexcusably hot in the waiting room, they are short of chairs and you can’t leave so unless you argue with the staff they expect you to stand for hours in the waiting room. Horribly overbooked, terrible waiting conditions, no regard for customer experience, and the supervisor gloated that’s she was being a bad supervisor and taking a half day. I guess customers really do suck when you’re prometric. Take your test anywhere else. Please.
It's hard to say that I loved taking the test, but the center was well run and efficient. No technology problems during my visit and the staff was friendly and helpful regarding the process. Lockers are available but most are small so don't plan on more than a small backpack or a couple books. Coat hangers are available. Easy walk from the metro.
