This is the worst company I have worked with in my life. Initially came out and looked at the issue, told me to go to home depot and get the piece to fix the issue. I paid him to do nothing!!!!!! The very next day the issue was still there, and now is WORSE!!! I called the company back with the emergency, was told he would be out the very next day in the morning!!! Never showed up in the morning, was not responsive to my calls/texts, but at 4 pm, states he is on the way! Ummm Sir, 4 pm is not in the morning!!! I voiced my concern about being respectful of people's schedules, and he told me TO FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!!!!!! The absolute worst company in my life!
