We were in town from out of state for a work conference, and we decided to do a little shopping. We stopped in to do a bit of shopping and did not regret it!! I hit some of the best designer sales I’ve seen in my life. And Tina, the store manager, was phenomenal. Top notch customer service that you would expect from a high-end department store. Absolutely will be returning when I’m in town again next year!

Asked for assistance in the fine jewelry department and was met with a haughty and short response from the associate who seemed all but interested in showing me a bracelet. She scoffed and stated that it would not fit me as it was a size extra small but informed me that I “could still see it if I wanted to”. Based off of her tone and attitude I declined and said not to worry with it. Having 5 years in retail experience myself I know the importance of good customer service and nowhere does it involve making a customer feel like the are bothering you, even in a discount store.
