Would give MORE stars if I could!! Security Assurance Management (SAM) provided our nonprofit with a quick turnaround service that was professional, reliable, and top-notch! This is a VETERAN owned and operating company that truly wants to continue their service to veterans and their community. Within hours of my first outreach, I was on the phone with the CEO, then then Project Manager, and then the POC we would be working with and scheduled for next day support. Thank you Russell, Joseph, and Roberta for your outstanding customer service! You allowed our team to do their job while feeling safe and supported! SAM will be my go to for all security support and will recommend them to my network!

0 Stars if possible. The customer services is extremely Terrible. the lady who answers the phone once you call name GAL gave me an extreme attitude every time i called. she is extremely rude, the way she talks is so hateful. i can tell she hates her job by the rudeness she gave me.

As an adult on a separate business matter, came to Wilson HS for the first time as an invited guest of a teacher and came across the most rudest, unprofessional and uninformed security guards! As an adult and visitor I was disgusted that this is the first impression first time visitors receive! To boot, thier attitude was very unapologetic when it was mentioned thier customer service was terrible!

J. Johnson at 645H st. NW is very rude. Her customer service is horrible ! I experienced her service several times before 10am and she examples a disrespectful manner with her tone, body language and unprofessional language. J. Johnson has used profanity, went back and forth with staff, and visitors. She is stationed at the front door And it’s not working/ She is giving the company a bad name. Please address these concerns
