Without a doubt, this cozy family run wine and spirits store will have the hard to find bottles you might fancy. I searched high and low for a bottle of whisky. They were the only store in the DMV that had it. They are my new go-to for hard to find bottles. There is literally no place to park so plan accordingly or ride the Metro. ZOO Metro stop.

I paid 300 for 2 bottles of Blantons. That is a 150 premium but I like the bourbon so why not. Both bottles that were shipped to me had the seals broken. One bottle the wax ring was completely off and laying the box. I contacted the company and they said I could return the bottles and sent me a Fedex label. I would be refunded my money as soon as the bottles were turned into Fedex. You should never believe a company that sends you tainted products. Its been over a week. There product was delivered to them 4 days ago and still no refund. Thank goodness I ordered other bottles from reputable companies. Order online from this company at your own risk. I sent the picture below to the manager and he said the wax ring looked completely in tact. You judge for yourself if the company is trustworthy.
I reached out to Sherry's over a week before I needed a bottle of wine delivered to ensure they could deliver on time. They confirmed that they could and told me exactly what to put in the order, but then sat on the order for a week before actually shipping the wine, meaning it will now be delivered late.
Fantastic scotch selection! Sherry's stocks many of the limited distillery releases I haven't been able to find anywhere else in DC.
Great selection and a knowledgable staff. Sherry's had all of the staple products along with some unique finds.
