Matt arrived for appointments as scheduled and allowed plenty of time for looking at our residential property thoroughly and answering our questions. The installation was done in a day and within the specifications of our Capitol Hill Historical District, The installation staff was accessible on-site and provided same-day pictures of their work. The online daily monitoring system Solar Solution installed is easy to use and informative. Our electric bill is remarkably small. When we wanted additional technical information after the installation, Matt and the office staff were there for us on quick turnaround. Matt was a reassuring and reliable presence throughout the process and afterwards. His paperwork for our sizable DC tax credit went through without question.

The educated me, and they collaborated with me on the installation design, being open to my ideas and sensitive to my concerns. They walked me through all the paperwork for DC and federal incentives and managed by SRECs for me for a decade. When they decided to get out of the SREC trading business to focus more on their customers' installation and maintenance needs, they reached out proactively to get me set up with SRECTrade and ensure that all of my credits were successfully transferred - no small undertaking that required lots of paperwork at their end and more hand-holding for me in meeting my requirements. Solar Solutions did a great job at our house. Now we are saving so much money on our energy bills. We were very happy with their customer service, and would recommend them to anyone in this area. They promptly returned when we called them about a problem, and sent a crew out to repair it the very next day.
