Ariel and her team were the most professional and helpful throughout my case. Even though I was located in Asia, Ariel made herself available to communicate at all hours. Not only was she able to defend me, her empathetic and caring nature brought emotional support to me during the whole process. She truly cares about her clients and will fight for you. Thank you Ariel!

Dan was my attorney and he was great! He explained the process of the lawsuit and for every step of the process he advised me what could/would happen next. The whole team is wonderful, I understand its their job but Gina and Alyssa were great at keeping up contact as well. There was a long delay due to the government shutdown and Gina reached out to let me know that as soon as they heard anything they would let me know. I recommend Solomon Law Firm completely.

The Solomon Law Firm took very good care of me. My attorney, Mr. Dan Gebhardt provided excellent legal advice. More to the point he was a strong advocate for me and tolerated my frequent nervous communications. I never felt that I was alone. The entire staff was helpful, supportive, and professional. I highly recommend this firm and Mr. Gebhardt.

Some hard questions arose from the moment I decided to move on from my career post at a federal agency. I was keenly aware that both my family's interests and the public interest might be affected. I am so very glad that around that same time I spoke to Daniel K. Gebhardt, Esq. at the Solomon Law Firm. Daniel really knows federal employment law and understands the crossroads and challenges that federal employees often face. If you seek his advice, you will find him a good counselor, a powerful advocate and an earnest friend.

Dan Gebhardt, a partner in the Solomon Law Firm, demonstrated the breadth of his legal expertise and knowledge when he represented me in a particularly complex EEO case. Dan explained the facets of the EEO process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, but was not at all condescending. He adequately prepared paper work as necessary for my case and represented me in a Pre-hearing meeting with opposing counsel and Judge. Dan’s knowledge of EEO Law was evident as he received confrontational questions at a rapid-fire pace and was able to calmly reply or correct the opposing counsel. His legal training and expertise are evident in his interaction with opposing counsel and the preparation of documents as required by the Court Judge. He was able to push my settlement offer to a substantial amount, I accepted, and did not have to go forward with a formal hearing. I was very satisfied with the amount and the way we were able to find closure. For potential clients seeking representation, I highly recommend Mr. Gebhardt.
