I have parked here twice to go to work - no issues. If you're parking M-F and get there before 9:00am, it's 18 for the day. A garage down the street charges 42 so this is a good rate for DC parking. You don't have to talk to anyone - there's no attendant coming or going. After you park, you can take the elevator up and it lands you in the lobby of an office building that faces E street.

do guards at 395Est wear vest and guns for or against customers? this morning I drove in like I do on any other days. I park here (it's said Plaza I on the wall) at least twice a week to work. only today, I was stopped by the guard called ARCE. After ARCE learned I was not a Federal employee, he scolded me out. I said the sign was saying \public parking\, and there was another sign saying \16 for early bird\ outside of the garage. nobody else ever asked me if I was a Federal employee in the past, or even they suddenly want to open the public garage only to Federal employees, I seriously do not appreciate this ARCE's attitude to me. why do I need this attitude on the beginning of a happy day? I guess this is their proud tradition? because the manager later on confirmed to me that ARCE would not apologize to me. they all dress scary guns, vest or whatever, so they can abuse customers with no concerns. very disgusting garage.
Great parking if you want to walk right over to the Museum of the Bible.
The spaces are small, not many spots and rates are okay.
Nothing wrong with the garage. The problem is with Google Maps and the directions. The address is on one street, but the entrance is around the corner. Since anyone mapping this place wants to park there, directions should lead to the entrance to the parking, not the mailing address of the business.
