I like this Starbucks a lot. The customer service is great. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and they are always delicious. I would definitely go back again.

I think the barista should retraining, I ordered caramel macchiato with extra foam! Well, it's macchiato, so should be most of forming already. I was the Lavazza barista, know what is the macchiato should be. The taste was horrible, watering and I ordered one drink two croissants online and when I went pick up only seen one drink. The label on the drink showing Item:1 of 1. So I ask the barista is croissants out? She just gave me very unwilling attitude said ” oh I understand is mobile order, I don't know! I’m in charge bar only, I will give you croissants” and she went to grab a cold croissant put it in the bag. ( I told her was two) until I told the cashier was two and she took over. I have to tell her I wanna warm up. ( those are in my mobile ordered details) The barista was the worst, I didn't even give her any judgment of her behavior by that moment, I don't think I deserve that. Like another comment here said, just go Hairrs Teeter location, staff there will treat you as real customers.
