We purchased our home from Dan after his company Sundance flipped it. The quality of work that they did is wonderful and feels very high end. After the purchase, Dan was still quick to respond to any questions we had about the property and even dug though old files to find specific information that we needed to purchase materials for a project. We would recommend Dan and Sundance to anyone looking for contracting services.

We contacted them for an appraisal! The owner is rude. His level of communication is not acceptable. He just wanted us to send him the consultation fee without telling us about his availability! I asked him about his availability a few times and he ended up telling me that he doesn't have time for this amount of communication and we are not a good match! How about instead of writing long emails with no real content, you tell me when you can be at the location!!! ******** I NEVER asked you to schedule an appointment sir. From Wednesday, I asked you multiple times if you're available on Saturday! The home is only available for an inspection this Saturday, so, if you are not available why would I make a payment?! All you had to say, I am available, go ahead make a payment or I am not available.
Dan and his team go above and beyond to work with you as a homeowner. I am a military member who was away during most of the 5-week construction and was so thankful for the clear channels of communication, gracious workarounds as my family was still living in the space, and ultimately beautiful work converting our English Basement kitchenette into a full kitchen with island. Tag team your contracting needs with the expert design of Lisa & Leroy (teammates and partners). (Project in the 20-30k range)
Great experience working with Sundance. They managed a complete remodel of the first floor. They communicated very well through the project and did truly quality work. They are great problem-solvers and we would happily work with them again in the future.
